1. Processing Times
   Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
   We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Discreet Packaging
   All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy and prevent tampering.
4. Shipping Restrictions
   Due to evolving laws and regulations, we currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to the following states where hemp-derived THC products are restricted: [Insert States, e.g., Idaho, South Dakota, etc.]. It is your responsibility to ensure that our products are legal in your state or locality.
5. Age Verification

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
   If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@moongrass.net within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive the wrong item or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
