We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MoonGrass. Due to the nature of our products, which include federally compliant hemp-derived cannabinoids and herbal smoking blends, our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with legal and health safety standards.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, sealed packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Any opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Sale items or promotional bundles
  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@moongrass.net with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, email us at support@moongrass.net with a photo of the damage.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
