Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

4. Shipping Carrier

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping. Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, we reserve the right to choose the carrier best suited for your shipment.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is valid and complete at the time of checkout.

8. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist in resolving the issue, either by issuing a replacement or processing a refund.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

FlyingHorseDelta.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please double-check your order details, including your shipping address, before completing your purchase.
