Independent Field Sales Representative

Part-Time Contractor Opportunity | Metro Atlanta & Surrounding Areas

Moongrass LLC is seeking motivated, professional field sales representatives to help grow our retail footprint throughout Metro Atlanta and the surrounding region. This role is focused on visiting smoke shops, vape stores, convenience stores, and specialty retailers to introduce Moongrass products, build relationships, gather market feedback, and generate new business opportunities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and helping build a growing company from the ground up.


Responsibilities

  • Visit retail locations throughout assigned territories
  • Introduce Moongrass products and programs to store owners and managers
  • Build and maintain retailer relationships
  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential accounts
  • Conduct follow-up visits and maintain customer contact
  • Record store visits, notes, photos, and lead status in company systems
  • Gather competitive market feedback and customer insights
  • Represent Moongrass professionally in the field

Compensation

  • $50 activity pay for each qualifying workday
  • Minimum 10 qualified store visits required per day
  • Additional $25 bonus for 20+ qualified visits in one day
  • 10% commission on collected gross profit
  • Additional account acquisition bonuses available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outside sales, route sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Smartphone access for reporting, photos, email, and CRM activity
  • Experience in vape, tobacco, hemp, beverage, convenience store, or specialty retail industries is a plus

What We’re Looking For

We value reliability, consistency, professionalism, honesty, and relationship-building ability. Prior industry experience is helpful, but the right attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn are just as important.

Successful representatives may have opportunities to take on larger territories, key account responsibilities, and future leadership roles as Moongrass grows.
