The Launch Code Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Giveaway Overview

Sponsor: This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Moon Grass LLC, located in Lilburn, Georgia (“Sponsor”).

Promotion Period: The Giveaway begins on June 21, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and concludes on September 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”). All Launch Codes must be entered before the close of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s database clock is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Moon Grass LLC, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and participating retailers, together with the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such individual (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate.

This Giveaway is void in Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, and is void wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entry Pool and Method of Distribution

All Launch Codes are generated from and drawn from a single, common pool of approximately 50,000 unique alphanumeric codes (the “Code Pool”). Prizes are randomly pre-assigned to specific Launch Codes within the Code Pool before any code is distributed by either method described below. Each code in the Code Pool, regardless of distribution method, has an identical, equal probability of corresponding to a prize. No entry method described in this section confers better or worse odds than any other.

Each code in the Code Pool is randomly designated, prior to distribution, to one of the following two distribution channels:

• Printed Codes: A subset of codes is printed on materials affixed to or included with participating Moongrass products.
• Portal-Access Codes: A separate subset of codes, drawn from the same Code Pool using the same randomization process, is made available free of charge through the online portal described in Section 3.3 below, without any purchase or payment of any kind.

Because both distribution channels draw from the same Code Pool under the same randomization process, a participant who obtains a code through the free online portal has exactly the same odds of winning any prize as a participant who obtains a code through a product purchase.

3.2 With Purchase

Purchase a participating Moongrass product and locate the unique Launch Code included with the product. Visit moongrass.net/win and enter the code to determine whether it corresponds to a prize.

3.3 No Purchase Necessary

To receive a Portal-Access Code at no cost and without making a purchase, visit moongrass.net/win and select the “No Purchase Necessary” option. Eligible participants will be issued one Portal-Access Code, drawn from the same Code Pool described in Section 3.1, which may then be redeemed through the same redemption system described in Section 3.2. Limit one (1) Portal-Access Code per person, per email address, and per household per day during the Promotion Period, consistent with the prize limits described in Section 8.

4. Age Verification

All participants must verify that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age before accessing the code redemption system.

5. Prize Information & Odds

With approximately 50,000 codes in circulation and 1,359 prizes available, the overall odds of winning any prize are approximately 1 in 36.8. Actual odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Security & Entry Protection

To protect the integrity of the promotion:

• All entries are protected by reCAPTCHA or comparable verification technology.
• Entry attempts may be rate-limited by IP address, email address, device identifier, or other fraud-prevention measures.
• Automated submissions, scripts, bots, code harvesting, code generation or guessing attempts, and any other form of system manipulation are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• Invalid redemption attempts may be logged and monitored for fraud-prevention purposes.
• To prevent reverse-engineering of the Code Pool, redemption responses may be intentionally generalized. Invalid, previously redeemed, blocked, altered, or otherwise ineligible codes may receive substantially similar messages, and Sponsor is under no obligation to distinguish between these categories in its response to a participant.

7. Winner Verification & Prize Claims

Winning a prize through the redemption system does not guarantee final prize issuance. Final issuance is conditioned on satisfactory completion of the verification steps below.

Potential winners may be required to, within five (5) days of notification unless otherwise stated by Sponsor:

1. Provide accurate, current contact information.
2. Verify their age and identity using government-issued identification.
3. Complete and return a winner registration form and, where required by law, a liability and publicity release.
4. Provide shipping information for delivery of physical prizes.

Failure to provide any requested information within the stated time, or failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, in which case Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible, unclaimed prize-winning codes.

8. Prize Limits

There is a strict limit of one (1) prize per person, per email address, and per household for the entire duration of the Promotion Period. “Household” means persons residing at the same mailing address, whether or not related. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, waive this limit only in the following defined circumstances: (a) a verified technical or administrative error by Sponsor or its fulfillment vendor resulted in the same individual receiving multiple distinct prize-winning codes through no fault or act of the individual; or (b) Sponsor is required to do so by applicable law. Any such waiver will be documented by Sponsor and does not establish a right to similar treatment for any other participant.

9. Coupon Prizes

Digital coupon prizes:

• Expire forty-five (45) days after issuance.
• Are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or auctioned.
• Have no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
• Are subject to any additional restrictions stated on the coupon itself, which are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference.

10. Delivery & Unclaimed Prizes

Physical prizes will be shipped to verified winners at the address provided during winner verification. Digital prizes will be delivered electronically to the email address on file. Any prize that is unclaimed, forfeited, returned as undeliverable after one (1) good-faith re-delivery attempt, or that otherwise cannot be delivered, will not be re-awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

11. Retailer Verification & Coupon Redemption

Participating retailers may be given access to a secure verification system that allows them to validate digital coupons before honoring them at the point of sale.

Retailers may submit reimbursement requests for valid promotional discounts honored in accordance with the terms of the applicable Moongrass retailer reimbursement program. Retailers electing reimbursement may choose between:

• Cash reimbursement; or
• Credit toward future Moongrass purchases.

Reimbursement is available only for discounts validated through the secure verification system described above and is subject to the separate written terms of Sponsor’s retailer reimbursement program, which Sponsor may modify or discontinue at any time on reasonable notice to enrolled retailers.

12. Fraud Prevention

Any attempt by a participant or retailer to undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway, including but not limited to:

• manipulating the promotion or its entry mechanics,
• redeeming altered, duplicated, counterfeit, or otherwise unauthorized codes,
• using automated systems, scripts, or bots to enter,
• submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information,
• circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security control, or
• abusing the retailer reimbursement system, including by submitting reimbursement claims for discounts not actually honored,

is grounds for immediate disqualification from this and future Sponsor promotions, forfeiture of any prize, removal of a retailer from the reimbursement program, denial of reimbursement requests, and pursuit of all available civil and criminal remedies, including legal action, at Sponsor’s discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability; Released Parties

By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation: (a) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (b) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or any combination thereof; (c) unauthorized human or non-human intervention in any part of the entry process; (d) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or processing of entries; and (e) any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties’ aggregate liability to any entrant for any and all claims arising out of or relating to this Giveaway is limited to the cost of a single No Purchase Necessary entry, which the parties agree is zero dollars ($0.00). In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway will be resolved through binding arbitration administered on an individual basis, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. Each party will bear its own costs of arbitration, except as otherwise required by applicable law. By entering, each participant waives any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding against any Released Party in connection with this Giveaway. This dispute-resolution provision does not apply to the extent it is unenforceable under the law of an entrant’s state of residence, in which case the applicable portion of this Section 14 will not apply to that entrant and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected during participation in this Giveaway will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Moongrass Privacy Policy, available at moongrass.net/privacy, which is incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. By entering, participants consent to such collection, use, and disclosure.

16. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or audit this Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, a technical failure, a change in applicable law, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award remaining prizes, if any, in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its discretion, consistent with applicable law.

This Giveaway, and these Official Rules, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted or otherwise governed by applicable federal or state law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
