The Platform allows users to enter Launch Codes, determine winnings, and claim prizes. No prize is
guaranteed. - Code Use and Restrictions
Codes are single-use, have no cash value, and may not be transferred, sold, or reproduced. Fraudulent
activity will result in disqualification. - Accountability for Submissions
You agree that codes were obtained legitimately and information provided is accurate. Moongrass may
verify submissions. - Prize Claims and Verification
Winners may be required to provide ID and additional verification. Failure to comply may result in
forfeiture - Digital Coupons and Retail Use
Coupons must be presented to retailers and are subject to terms. Moongrass reimburses retailers, not
customers. - Prohibited Conduct
No bots, scripts, or attempts to bypass system security. Violations result in disqualification. - System Availability
Platform availability is not guaranteed. Moongrass may modify or discontinue at any time. - Limitation of Liability
Moongrass is not liable for technical issues, lost codes, or delays. Participation is at user risk. - Privacy
User data is collected and used for fulfillment and communication per Moongrass policy. - Relationship to Official Rules
